What is going on!? Too many people I know are going through a lot. I too have been feeling more anxiety than I wish. Remember to breathe deeper and slower to help feel more calm. Keep it simple when the turbulence feels intense! Peace to you and all those around you.

Love
When feeling emptiness, anxiety or any stressful emotions, love can feel far away. This is when its time to pause, breathe and focus on the breath until a sense of calm can return. Practice patience and remember to love yourself. You’re worth it!
