The Kundalini Meditation called release fear and become a conscious leader was something I discovered towards the end of 2012. I highly recommend this powerful meditation to anyone who wishes powerful transformation for themselves. Its a beautiful chanting meditation that helps uplift ones energy vibration. It invites positivity, clarity, and creates strength to holding more than you though you could. Indigo Yoga and Pilates in pleasant Hill is a beautiful yoga studio with a wonderful kundalini community. In the summer of 2013 the intention of this powerful meditation was practiced at the yoga studio as a 40 day sadhana. The practice was held at 6:15am from June to the end of July.
